Man Charged in Murder of Gay UPenn Student Blaze Bernstein Denies Hate Crime Enhancement in Court
In a court appearance on Wednesday, Samuel Woodward, the Newport Beach, California man charged in the murder of gay former classmate and UPenn pre-med student Blaze Bernstein, denied a hate crime enhancement added to the first degree murder charges already filed against him. The enhancement was added earlier this month.

"told investigators that Bernstein had tried to kiss him while they sat in a car in the park one week earlier"
"Gay panic" which took a week and a second, arranged meeting in order to manifest itself...hmmm.
(The facts of who met the victim, and when, are not in dispute by the defense.)

"[Defense attorney] Munoz said that 'there's going to be some evidence that comes out to say he's [the suspect] very confused' about both his sexual identity and 'his own identity.'"
i love the attempted implication that there could be the passion indicated by more than 20 stab wounds _without_ a killer in such a fact pattern being confused about his own sexual identity.

If a person is no threat to your life, family or property and you kill him you should be locked up until your victim comes back to life. Simple.

Your posting history indicates you personally consider (male) homosexuals to be a constant threat to all of those things and more, a sexual threat to you in particular.
Your post is creepily, closetedly leaving the door open to some "gay panic" claim - the "threat" you invoke - even though the killer was at a _second_ meeting with his victim.
It's also revealing that your post suggests you don't favor capital punishment...all the while you are denying you're rcc (while defending the rcc hierarchy and ideology across the board.)

Stop defaming yourself with your displays of stupidity and chronic victimism. You're one f-ed up individual.

But psychosexually twisted closet case, you "forgot" to address how you were insinuating this killer was threatened in some way and thus has some "justification."
You were insinuating that - your language reveals that - but also because if you weren't your post wasn't saying anything at all. It had not other purpose but to invoke a gay panic scenario.(Except maybe that you don't support or simply forgot about capital punishment.)
The defense attorney's comments suggest a mental health claim on behalf of the accused, not so much a "gay panic" claim. The defense attorney allowed that his client is uncertain about his sexual orientation - no wonder your alarm bells went off and you had to post _something_.
