Tim Liao San Diego, CA	#1 Feb 20, 2012 This is the second large scale fire to effect a pho place in Mission Viejo in the last 8 years. The other one was that PHO place on Los Flores, but that one took out the entire left wing of the shopping center. Reply » Report Abuse Judge it!
