Nude bar owners: don't strip us of our rights

“This is an industry that largely employs women, and this gives them an opportunity to raise funds for a crime that affects women,” state Rep. Ellen Cohen, D-Houston, told The Associated Press. Cohen sponsored the bill, which the legislature approved in May.
If these "employed women" wish to donate some of their OWN money to sexual assault victims, or any victim for that matter, why can't they do that themselves? Many millions of "employed women" do that every year anyway.
