Wanted Mathis man who bailed out of jail pending murder charge arrested Monday in Mission

He was wanted on an outstanding warrant for a Feb. 29 charge of suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Really no they gave him bail because its a right not because there wasn't enough evidence. every one has a right to bail its protected by your constitutional amendments.
