This is a lie. If if were true state governments would be allowed to count illegal alien students. They can not count them because the truth will be known, they they are still coming and in numbers.

Also for the fact if illegal aliens aren't coming how come the costs to support them keeps going up?

I don't know what end game the government is after but it includes keeping the numbers of illegal aliens low. But states are running out of money and the federal government is not cutting new checks for more cash. The burden falls on the tax payers of that state.

Free money for illegal aliens to go to college when they should be deported.
