This is a bs bridge. There is nothing there. Its like opening an additional bridge in Fort Hancock. Great use of tax-payer funds.

We don't need another bridge, we need a higher fence. We already have thousands of Mexicans living, killing, raping, stealing, selling drugs, smuggling drugs, invading our homes with guns, defrauding, giving birth to anchor babies, filing thousands of lawsuits, attending our schools, seeking treatment in our hospitals down here in the Rio Grande Valley. They're influencing our local politicians to promote lawlessness and laws which favor Mexico and Mexican citizens. The governor of Tamaulipas and mayor of Reynosa both live in McAllen (their children are U.S. citizens) so near yet to far from the corrupt cesspool they administer so incompetently, enjoying the security and rights that the U.S. offers them and their families all the while hypocritically espousing their beloved Mexico and ungratefully criticizing the U.S.

OH Good why for crying out loud didn't they build a super freeway bridge that makes a BIG FAT U-TURN back to Mexico Haven't the USA spent enough money protecting the existing bridges? Is there any tolls on this bridge? Idea might sound silly how about free to Mexico 100 us dollars to pass to the good old USA. See how that goes oh by the way did the good country of Mexico chip in for the cost of this bridge? coments please
