As a motorcycle rider myself, I think this drunk driver guy should definitely be in jail for the rest of his life, especially since this is about his 4th DUI since the early 90's.

Although, since he will be getting 3 meals a day, have clean clothes, some recreation, family visits, etc..........and the guy who he ran over on the motorcycle will be getting none of those things.......
I think 1 of his family members should also have to go to prison also.

Its just not fair, you can kill someone, then live nicely in prison for ever.....the dead guys family is suffering tremendously, and the killers family is just suffereing a little.
Sure he's going to get locked up, but his family can write him, see him, send him a christmas card..........thats just not enough punishment for that drunk ol bastardo and his co-helping him get drunk and letting him drive familia.

and how would you know that Mr. Salas is not suffering. Why can it not be an accident? Know one knows how he was feeling he also just losted a son not to long ago. It's hard to get over someone you love.

Anybody who keeps driving drunk, after several DUI's, and then finally kills someone, how can you possibly have any pity for them?

Maybe they should let him go free, let him off in the bar, give him a car or truck to drive, and then you can mabye be the next victim.

I'm sorry, it was just an accident, I didnt mean to run over and kill anybody, but I was too drunk to drive, please forgive me, and realize that I am suffering terribly also. I know I have had many chances to learn that getting real drunk and driving around town is a bad thing, but it was just an accident, and I am suffering to.

He should be ran over by a sober driver, but just run over his legs and his arms, repeatedly, that way maybe he'd learn. He's lucky he didnt run over one of my family members, he would have already received his "sentence".
