House bill would weaken link between unions, PACs

Seems the Supreme Court just ruled it is legal for companies, pacts etc. to contribute to any political candidate or party it pleases, but Kansas politicians seem to think that for individuals that belong to unions don't have the same legal right! Talk about big ones!!!
