Being that it was such a strange case and had to be handled so carefully.....I can see why the bill ran up so high. It couldn't be helped.

I see the Avery thing is back in the news, here is what I say about that!

I was involved in the search for the woman who got raped on the beach in the first Avery case. I was the first one to see her come over the sand dunes and can say looking back at it I was disappointed by the police response. Here we are standing there the guy who did it could not have been too far away, I suggested to the cop trying to chase down the guy, he said no we would mess up the crime scene? And it was left to the courts. I never testified because I did not really see anything. But what I did see was a very badly beaten woman who was horribly traumatized; after they convicted Mr. Avery I would have been all for doing away with him. However, now we know what happened there!

Funny, a friend of mine who was involved with the police back then told me that “They were making sure” he did not get out of it!

Then on Halloween, the night of the resent killing, I was on a short bike ride in TR. Who do I see? Steven Avery! He was getting gas at Ummys& Patsy’s, Filling gas cans in the back of his blue F250, he had some people with him including a young girl, however, I do not believe it was Miss. Haulbeck, I almost sh-it after the news came out, what are the chances of me getting that close to both crimes!

It was funny, our eyes met and he gave me that stupid Steven Avery grunt and looked very cocky? I also made eye contact with the girl sitting in the front seat. I think it was his niece; however I was not paying a lot of attention. I did point him out to my wife though, he was kind of a local character being on the news so much with his law suet.

I sent this info to the police and the DA and never heard a word?

I have also herd rumors flying around the area (Fishervill) that some of his buddies had a go at her also! The cops never get anything done right! I have a feeling there is A LOT left to the story!

Here is what I think, Conspiracy? YES! He was ramroded the first time either by laziness or power hungry cops with a vendetta. He had plenty of witnesses in the first trial that gave him an alibi, however the victim fingered him. Looking at the pictures I can see the resemblance and do not believe she was in on any set up.

I knew him only by proximity, being around the same age and same area. I never had anything good to say about the guy, and if he did what they say he did, deserves more than what can be given in any punishment.

Looking at the mess of the murder, missing the key? And all of the other stupid stuff it is hard for me to say the cops did a good job, maybe we are all spoiled by CSI. But if somebody makes an effort to contact the police with information, more than once like I did and sounds like others did too, and you get no response at all, it sounds like they did not cover all of the bases. Then I am out in various places in the area and here people saying that there is a lot more to the story leads me to believe it! If more were involved they need to pay for it now, not in 25 years when the next break through in technology sheds light on something. I think the state needs to do an investigation of the whole thing; it still reeks to high heaven!

Further more, the guy was falsely incarcerated and when he got out of prison he should have been settled up with right away, instead all he was faced with was hassles by a very corrupt system and a-ss hole lawyers on a settlement he did deserve. They let him go on TV saying he was living in an ice fishing shanty on his parent’s front lawn!? I would never condone what they say he did, but the negative energy this created led to Miss. Haulbeck and Brendan getting dragged into it. The people who ramroded him in the first place have some guilt for sure!

How can you blame his family for saying he was set up? Look at the track record of the justice system from there eyes!

Death penalty advocates, after the first trial, if you would have asked me I would have said FRY HIM, especially after witnessing first hand the terrible suffering that it caused. But unless the criminal is willing to take him self out you are forcing someone to murder (SEE THE TEN COMMANDMENTS all of you religious Hypocrites) and now we would have killed someone by mistake. I know it would bother me and I bet the person at the prison who pushed the button would have a PTSD case for sure!

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Gemini

It's easy to become distracted and confused because your mind is wandering about in all sorts of different directions. You're also in a highly impressionable state so will believe almost anything you're told now, whether it's true or a total flight of fancy. Be wary of muddling others by only telling them half the story or letting your imagination fill in any gaps.
