Mayoral hopefuls focus on economy
When voters head to the polls Nov. 8 to cast their votes in the South Bend mayors race, they likely wont be deciding just who could best lead city government but who is most able to provide a lift for the local economy.

I don't understand why they don't outsource or privatize the EMS in Mishawaka. Having these city employees hanging out at their wages waiting for a call is real dumb. Priviate employers are much more effecient and professional. The response time would also be much faster that these people.
