THIS IS A NEEDED PROJECT WORTH SAVING for
CARMEL INDIANA. Another LOST RESOURCE!
Money should have been prepared to SAVE this medical
134 JOBS and Careers are being LOST.
To hell with Carmel-PALLADIUM.

PRIVATE DONATIONS would have saved this NEEDED
PROJECT. About $$2,450,000 spread out over
a 3 year period. Sadly, it did not happen.
