Dead at 21 because she didn't have the common sense to take 5 seconds to click a seatbelt. I am truly sorry for the pain this loss is causing her family and friends but it was avoidable 99.999%.

The accidents will continue, the loss of life will not if you just wear your seatbelt. All fatal accidents reported on this ONN site around Ohio in past several weeks have been seatbelt related.

The whiotv 7 said she was wearing her seatbelt. So what is the real truth? She was the only one who was.

1. No seat belts. 2. Speeding 3. Drinking 4. Over compensation with an SUV is guaranteed accident.

Only the driver was wearing his seatbelt. The other three were not and two were ejected.

Girl killed was ejected. Had she wore her seatbelt and stayed with the vehicle her biggest issue would have been a hangover and some bumps and bruises.

So what is the point of the cowboy hat comment? What does it matter if they were at the concert or not? Drinking and driving don't mix no matter where you are and wearing your seatbelt should be a no-brainer.
