While handcuffed i was beat kicked and even had my head stomped on do think this excessive force?

Head stomped? You mean pressed against the dirt? Kicked, you mean forced to roll over?

Yea Minot has such a violent police force. Hell I see people run red lights in front of the cops with no reaction. If they were so violent, that driver would have his rights read to him.

Don't break the law then.

Where is your lawsuit?
