Minot Air Force Base Makes Big Economic Impact

A report from the Minot Air Force Base says its economic impact was down slightly during the past fiscal year, mainly due to a drop in construction.

Is our military to generate economy or to guard the country? Seems it is just a welfare scheme in uniform... an excuse to borrow trillions from China put off USA having to actually have a real economy.

We are screwed and bush is the screwer.

Our military does an excellant job of defending this country. The fact that people confuse it with a jobs program is an insult to the brave men and women who serve this country.Frequently these people are called on to leave their famlies and go on short notice to desolate isolated place to ensure this country remains free.

I am proud of every man and woman in uniform. Our military has never failed this country but this country has failed it`s military at times. Let`s make sure this does not happen again. Support the military, they are not in uniform to strenthen the local economy, but to defend the country against all enemies foreign or domestic.
