The reporter should have interviewed the moron judge who came up with that legal decision. I suspect that that judge didn't like a neighbor who got a variance the judge objected to.

The Moron was the Minnesota Supreme Court and they ruled on how the law was written, our legislators changed the wording to make the intent clear.
