Denny Hecker accused of fraudulent self-dealing

Auto dealer Denny Hecker engaged in fraudulent self-dealing, funneling millions of dollars from his now-bankrupt Advantage Rent-A-Car business to other companies he controlled, a U.S. trustee alleged in court papers filed Tuesday.

Don't blame Denny. He did provide popcorn, coffee, cookies, and on a good day "Hot dogs" after the purchase. After, I purchased my vehicle from Denny, I would visit his dealerships very often. It was a lot cheaper than White Castle. The popcorn was good. The cookies were good. The coffee - well?, It was better than nothing. The "hot dogs" well that was wonderful. I will always love Denny. I am a gay military guy. and, I speak the truth.

So this actually started in 2006. Why was this not caught in an audit. Those pesky government regulation always getting in the way of a fine business owner just trying to expand.

No, this did not start in 2006. This scumbag has been cheating people and orgainizations for many years prior. Check into the entity that is buying the Invergrove Toyota dealership. It has Hecker written all over it and he is spending the money he has diverted from Advantage and other companys. Hecker is trying the same trick with the Brainerd Toyota dealership. Someone please catch on to his tricks and stop him.

Mr Hecker knew a long time ago that his house of cards was at risk, car dealer are sharp people!I'm sure he has lots of cash (tens of millions) safely tuck away off shore and someday he will be sitting on a beautiful big yacht off the cost of Belize enjoying life again...and Denny thanks for the hot dogs!

How anyone can defend this person is beyond me. Consider all of the employees who lost work when his dealers closed. Most remain unpaid from owed wages
