I thought the appointed one hated business???? Why don't the normal people have the same option to get a waiver??

I guess the concept of eqaulity before the law means nothing to the political class. There now exists a "special interest" in getting exemptions from this law. Soon, they'll have their own lobbying group. "The more things change, the more things stay the same."

Given the propensities of typical big goobermint, we can expect those waivers to be doled out as political favors in exchange for financial contributions or in-kind exchanges for the benefit of certain Congressrats. Government control always creates huge opportunities for corruption- it's The Chicago Way.
