nothing else...but Dispatchers SHOULD called the cab & or taxi company.

Totally agree! It's the responsibility of the law to keep drunk crazy's off the highway whether in a car or on foot!

Do you know where Garden City is? Exactly what bus is running early Sunday in Garden City. I don't think MTC extends service to the greater Mankato area.

Good call. Why didn't the police get involved and avert this problem to begin with? Let me guess, they were too busy profiling drivers to make sure no one too dark or who appeared gay drove through town, leaving no time to do legitimate police work.
