I would agree that 14 to 16 hourly is a living wage. Especially for a young single person. I know a young man who made about that after high school in the construction trades. He worked damned hard for it too. 6am to 6pm and longer hours too. It won't be long before he starts his own company and visits construction sites to make sure his employees are doing what they are supposed to.<quoted text>
It is a living wage that pays 14-16 like an associate degree. That is the Minimum, there should also be a maximum pay for the rethuglicans
Do you really believe someone washing dishes or selling sandwiches should get the same pay? Working for 8 or 9 dollars an hour should, if anything, inspire someone to work harder, get some training, be it a trade or schooling, and better them selves so they can have the life they want. There is no free lunch.
Probably so if you believe only members of a certain political party should have a maximum wage. That's usually referred to as oppression.
