They are correct in #5 route being dangerous.
Thing is, they should have Black cops on that route. The Metro Transit found out that incidences lowered down when they placed Black drivers on that and other routes that have troubles. Since many of the miscreants tended to ignore the White drivers. But were found to be more likely to listen to a minority one.

No, they are adding members to the police members that patrol the buses and bus lines. So both will be patrolled.
What they are doing also, is removing those bus routes that the LRT now and will run along in the future.
