You are all a bunch of idiots. Im sure this guy also masterbated to porn alot too . Does masterbation lead to a murderous rampage? You know Carl Sagan smoked pot and not every pot smoker is a brilliant astro physicist either. Using that logic all pot smokers should be murderous paranoid schitzophrenic astro pysisist who win gold medals in swimming (micheal phelps another pot head)...

Infact I bet he was on a dry spell and hadn't had any weed in months and that is when his sickness got the best of him....If he had been sitting on his couch smoking weed getting high he would have been too fucking lazy to go down to safeway and shoot a bunch of people..

It's the fact how liberals pick and choose what is bad for us. If it benefits the California economy, marijuana is a good thing. Tobacco is bad, because of greedy corporations. Proscription drug companies get sued billions for rare side effects, yet after a pothead goes on a shooting rampage no one blames marijuana at all, or simply dismisses it.

So your saying Scoobie-Doo is the "Joe Camel" of the marijuana advocacy? Perhaps they need to be sued for the victims of pothead shooting rampages.

Charles Manson is and was a Pothead, David Mark Chapman is a pothead, and Jared Loughner is a pothead too.

Anyone who advocates Marijuana should be required to advertise possible side effects just like viagra.

Charles Manson is and was a water drinker, David Mark Chapman is a water drinker, and Jared Loughner is a water drinker too.

With your logic, it seems we should require to advertise the danger of water.

100% of the hard drug user have also begin with water. Should we not consider that water leads to hard drug, if we follow your logic?

Adolph Hitler was a non pot smoker. Stalin was a non pot smoker. Mao Ze Tung was a non pot smoker. Should we not require to advertise that non-smoking pot leads to mass criminality, with your logic?

Thank you, Horny Viking, for your illustration of the confusion between A ==> B and B ==> A, which is the most common error of those who see danger in pot, or who pretend that pot is a gate way drug. When you do the statistics correctly, pot appears to be, on the contrary, preventing slightly the use of harder drugs, the criminality, and seems to prevent much more the driving accidents. So again pot is not just harmless, it is beneficial.
On the contrary, the correct statistics on the effect of alcohol and tobacco leads to the conclusion that those products are largely *really* harmful. As I said, I search one argument for making cannabis illegal since 30 years, and in fine I find only speculation and the confusion between A ==> B and B ==> A.
The danger of pot is a total complete hoax, and nothing more. It is just a trick used by the drug dealers to sell more pot, to more young people, at an expensive tax-free price, and create huge amount of black money, to corrupt the democracies. And this makes pot proliferate wildly, and real dangerous drug proliferating wildly, and it makes the young people meeting the criminals.
Legalization is a moral duty.

You bring up a very interesting point. The politicians are hard pressed to come up with new ways to bolster their failed 60s 70s era "California dreamin' " economic and social programs by increasing taxes.(big surprise!) Their drive now is to "tax marijuana". Left unsaid is the fact that the politicians are looking forward to stuffing "legal" marijuana "retirement stocks" into their bulging portfolios just as they do today with Government controlled Big Drug stocks.

Regarding the recent massacre in Tucson, the politicians point their fingers in every direction except the most obvious. According to stash.norml's website (a pothead advocacy organization) Congressman Gabrielle Giffords,(one of the shooting victims), wrote the following to a constituent inquiring about her position on marijuana legalization:

"Thank you for contacting me about the decriminalization of marijuana.

"I believe that while legalization might reduce the high costs of prosecuting and enforcing some narcotics crimes and help alleviate pain for some patients, the larger cost to society must be considered. There are serious public health costs associated with drug misuse, as well as larger economic and societal costs. For example, marijuana is often cited as a gateway drug that leads to the use of more dangerous narcotics. For these reasons, I do not support decriminalizing marijuana.

"I always appreciate hearing from constituents, like you, who are informed and interested about issues of importance to Arizona and the nation. Please do not hesitate to contact me again in the future and sign-up for e-newsletter updates at www.giffords.house.gov ."

Sincerely Yours,

Gabrielle Giffords
Member of Congress

Shouldn't a marijuana user free Blue-Ribbon investigative panel be established to determine why the politicians are ignoring the most likely causal link to the Tucson massacre?

It will be a good thing to swamp California with lawsuits for producing marijuana and it's common adverse side effects, furthermore the peace symbol to target children.

John Edwards can channel the spirit of a dead fetus, and blame marijuana for it's drug addicted mom.

That's an argument for the legalization of marijuana. Not a very nice one, to be sure, but it is an argument for legalization. It is easier to blame and suit legal transparent action than the illegal opaque one indeed. It illustrates the advantage of a coming back to a a notion of responsible person.

I'm glad to hear you are impatient for the legalization of MJ.
Not sure you will be rich, because you will have to sustain the lawsuit by real data, and, as I said, up to now, concerning MJ, those data are missing. You might better start your enterprise with orange juice or tea.
I heard about someone who won a lot of money by a suit against a company having served a too much hot coffee.
