Missouri Democrats Introduce Legislation to Confiscate Firearms Gives Gun Owners 90 Days to Turn in Weapons

They must be drunk. Or just stupid. I wonder if there is a provision for going door to door and forcibly taking these so called "assault" weapopns?

Maybe they should concentrate their efforts on confiscation guns from all of the criminals instead of picking on the law abiding citizens.

Chief Executive,

No doubt you have your finger on the pulse of "Amerikan's Feelings", from your Executive suite in that Fortune 500 Company you built with your own hands

Well Corporate Fascist, I am with you on this. Fauch the US Constitution if "Most Americans applaud this".

It's the second amendment. If you don't like it, try and repeal it. Good luck with that. But please, show me the evidence that "most" Americans want the Bill of Rights ignored.

The second amendment does not prohibit the right of the people to ban certain kinds of weapons. This is virtually the same as the national assault weapon ban that was in place until a few years ago and was found 100% legal and constitutional.

LeJumbo is more likely to respond with multiple cut and pastes of Thing Progress blogs. At least he cites the sources he used, unlike the Seattle Slewche.

You just know that those Constitutional Officers that are empowered by their Oath to "Protect the Constitution of the United States" are apoplectic about this!

Holder, Napolitano, and Soetoro are no doubt sending Federal Authorities to Missouri as I type, to end this insurrection against the US Constitution!

That is why "We the Sheeple" have empowered a Federal Republic lead by Honorable Men and Womyn ya no!

I didn't figure I would get any kind of evidence to back up the claim. And the only reason the last ban was legal is because it didn't actually do anything except ban cosmetic enhancements like stocks and grips. As for the magazines, one could take out just as many school children with 3 mags each holding 10 round as he could with 2 mags holding 15 rounds each. It does nothing to protect anyone or prevent this from happening again.

No. Most Americans don't. Just a tiny bunch of liberals who need the government to feed, cloth and house them and tell them what to think, what to eat and where to shyt.
