The union janitors demanded a 30% to 41% pay increase – but settled for a 3% raise.

The non-union janitors made a bunch of noise to get their mugs on TV but have not gotten a penny more.

The union security guards made threats of a strike but have not yet moved on those threats because they know they would be replaced in a New York minute by non-union guards.
