A Hennepin County judge sentenced Minneapolis father Kao Xiong, whose 4-year-old son killed his 2-year-old brother with an unsecured firearm, to 10 years probation Thursday, staying a four-year prison term on his manslaughter conviction.

Well folks, here is why we need more gun laws!
Just kidding, this guy broke about a dozen gun-related laws that resulted in the tragic death of a toddler, and he gets NO prison time!
Yet where are the liberal anti-gun nuts?
Shouldn't they don their hoodies and picket outside the home of this judge?

I realize this is a complex topic. This guy has to live his whole life knowing his actions caused his son to be murdered. He now has to explain his actions to outsiders. Could this action have been prevented? Absolutely. Is he a complete idiot for doing this? Absolutely. But now his job is tell others how not to be an idiot. Let's hope he takes this message to the community ...
