Once again the government has no concern for the privacy rights of it's citizens. Next it will be mandated internet access and mandated video surveillance. Naturally, it's unfunded as well so those evil rich buyers of 4 bedroom homes will have to just eat the cost. It's for their own good.

NOTHING can destroy a house quicker than water.

Over time water from sprinklers WILL cause more damage than fires.

AND just what Minnesota houses need is more water pipes to freeze.

But ... but ... but ... if maybe it might save one child's life someday ... then it does not matter what the cost is.

It is something the government must decide because you evil people are just cheap and don't value lives like the government does.

Especially if the pipes freeze, Or due to a manufactor's defect in the creation of the pipes, joints, and actual sprinklers.
.
And they have to be inspected.
.
Plus it will add at least as much as $2.50 per square foot to the cost of the house. If not more. Which means for say a 4000 square foot home. That is a extra $10,000.00 that the new homeowner has to account for in getting a loan.
.
And what is to stop them from adding to the smaller homes like the ones as small as 113 square foot?

.
Also, in the books that used such terms. Those two items were freely handed out by the govt that was in place at the time in the books. Basically libtard govts.

If AC with DC backup interconnected smoke detectors are installed there is little reason to sprinkle a house.

Said that, fire departments are having difficulty fighting fires in HUGE houses. I'd think it will be difficult to insure those big houses with the inability to fight fires.

Unlike the troll. At least I realize that you are talking electrical currents as in
AC being Alternating Current vs DC as in Direct Current.
.
I agree. Along with the family of the house practicing Safe Living. This includes making sure all un-needed electrical items being off or even unplugged. As well as making sure that no flammable items are in range of a heat source.
.
And that the various items in the house get checked at least monthly, if not yearly. This being the furnace, wiring, etc.... to make sure the stuff is up to code.
.
Part of Safe Living is getting rid of stuff so the residence does not become a hoarder's house. Be it donate, recycle, or trash it out.

I know. I was referring to the concern that we may all be taking those things if some people get their way.
As for your Safe Living, we grew up being taught that those things were common sense. But you probably already knew that.
