There were actually seven. And you did not in any way prove any of them to be lies. As usual, you mumbled some incoherent shit and proved once again that you have no grasp of English whatsoever.
And it is not up to you, me, and especially not the government, to determine who does or does not need insurance. Up until the totalitarian ACA, it used to be a choice. Left up to an individual. Now it's mandatory under threat of wage garnishment, or fines, or jail time. Whether you want it or can afford it or not.(Welcome to old USSR comrade)

You say: "the ACA was design to reduce insurance rates by encompassing a larger pool of insured,"

The ONLY RATES that can be reduced are of those insured who are paying for insurance. The vast majority using the ACA are not paying for their insurance, the taxpayers are paying for it. The vast majority using the ACA are too lazy to work and are exempt from paying for their health insurance. So who but the taxpayers of the USA are paying for the lazy bums health insurance?

Ya all work hard and long hours, work overtime, bust your nuts working because those lazy bums are counting on your taxes to live the life of lazy bums with free: cell phones, housing, transportation, food, computers, TVs, and anything cash can buy including booze, drugs, Casino spending money, you name it.. So you workers keep working hard and long hours because the needy count on you.. THANKS A LOT!! BTW while you are working the lazy bums are ripping you off, you know they need more stuff from the workers and the easy way to get it is steal it the workers are at work.. America land of the free.

Those who can't afford insurance that our below the poverty level can get it free through their state federal funded medicaid exchanges, and that too will reduced healthcare cost so whats so incoherent about facts, every developed country in the world gives their citizens healthcare,so are you staying that they are part of the old USSR?

People at or below poverty level were able to get health care before the ACA. THey didn't need insurance. Now we have to buy it for them and pick up the cost of their treatments. So how does this reduce health care costs? It doesn't. The ACA was not meant to reduce health care costs. Only insurance costs and it didn't do that either.
And only in a socialist (or communist) state can you force people to buy a product they don't want or need. Hence the reason that tax rates in those countries are over 50% of income.

A friend asked a doc if the uninsured got healthcare, before the ACA. He said yes we treat them like everyone else with one exception, they are discharged as soon as advisable. Those with insurance get to stay a little longer for TLC. Now with the ACA the uninsured have an ACA card that provides free healthcare. Same situation before ACA and after. EXCEPT we now have HUGE very expensive Government WEB sites in between the patient and their doctor. We have a skrewed up Minnesota WEB site and we have a skrewed up US Government WEB site, both very expensive. As Joe Bite me said; "this IS a BIG fu)(*&king Deal".

And the Libertards love it, go figure.

True, but with any luck, we can eventually minimize its effects on the gene pool.

It's not my fault your reading comprehension skills are so abyssmal.(that means really bad)
Even when things are written in plain English you can't seem to grasp the concept and formulate a clear rebuttal. Then, because you are angry at yourself, you lash out with insults, name calling, etc.
Keep looking for those RIF trucks in your neighborhood. They can help.
