School Children Taught About Gay Foreplay, Saran Wrap
A school district in Maine is apologizing after middle school students learned about homosexual foreplay during what was supposed to be a “Diversity Day” presentation.
The principal of Gorham Middle School sent a letter to parents apologizing for the graphic nature of the presentation by PRYSM, Proud Rainbow Youth of Southern Maine.
“They went beyond the scope of our intentions and discussed topics that we do not deem appropriate for our middle school,” Robert Riley wrote in a letter obtained by The American Journal.“We do not intend to expose them to ideas that are not within the scope of our teaching about responsible citizenship as it is embedded in our code of conduct.”
The incident occurred two weeks before the state voted to approve gay marriage – and involved a classroom of 25 eighth graders.
Howard’s 13-year-old son was one of those who came home shocked by the presentation’s graphic nature.
“They were talking about sex and if you didn’t have a condom – saran wrap could be used in place of a dental dam,” Howard told Fox News.“It was all new to me.”
Howard said the PRYSM presenters also cursed and questioned whether the children had been taught about safe homosexual sex.
James Hagen, chairman of the school committee, told The American Journal that teachers felt uncomfortable about the presentation and reported it to the principal.
“Teachers were in such shock,” he told the newspaper.“Everyone just froze.”
Principal Riley defended the way the teacher’s handled the situation – noting that the conversation about gay foreplay happened near the end of the presentation.
“I think if it had gone longer, they would have intervened,” he told Fox News.
He said the school is taking steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
“This particular day didn’t have anything to do with sex. It had everything to do with tolerance and kindness and trying to eradicate from our building the idea that it’s okay to be mean to each other,” he said.
Howard said the fact that teachers did not intervene was incredibly disturbing.
“It was a gay diversity class that was supposed to teach tolerance,” she said “When it got further than that somebody in the room should have stopped it.”
Bob Emrich, of Protect Marriage Maine, said he wasn’t surprised by the content of the so-called “diversity” class.
“Homosexual activists rarely advertise that they are going to indoctrinate children to their point of view,” he said in a statement.“It’s done under the radar, through mandatory ‘diversity, anti-bullying and tolerance’ lessons.”
“If there was any doubt that gay marriage would be taught to young children in Maine schools just as it is in Massachusetts and Canada, that doubt should be removed now,” he said.“If they are willing to teach our kids how homosexuals engage in foreplay, do you really think they won’t force gay marriage instruction of young children when it is the law of the land?”
Now, parents across the town have been forced to have some unusual conversations with their children.
“It did create conversation in our home that technically we wouldn’t have had,” Howard said.“My child knows his identity.”
She’s also informed her son that contrary to what PRYSM said, saran wrap should only be used to protect food.
“I’ve had to let him know that no matter what situation he gets in – my suggestion is not saran wrap,” she said.“My suggestion is to abstain altogether.”
Abstinence was not mentioned in the class.
She plans on airing her concerns at tonight’s school committee meeting.
“We’ve gotten away from reading, writing and math,” she said.“We’re graduating children that can’t read.”
But at least in Gorham, they know what to do with saran wrap.
This school principal should be fired.

More drama in the life of Honey Boo Boo Child! America’s favorite little pageant girl received a letter from none other than animal advocates PETA after deciding to name her new pet chicken “Nugget.”

Although it is apparent on her reality TV show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” that Alana loves eating chicken nuggets, we can’t help but laugh at PETA’s ridiculous outreach to the 7-year-old.

In the letter acquired by E! News, director of communications Michelle Cho “delicately” encourages Honey Boo Boo to change her pet’s name to “Not a Nugget”(LOL) and schools her on how scientists believe chickens can be good at math, among other “interesting” facts.

“As I’m sure you are learning from your chicken,” Michelle writes,“chickens are smart, interesting animals with personalities of their own. Scientists agree that chickens have good memories, and they can even learn basic math skills.”

Michelle insisted that Alana goes forward with the name change to send the message to her fans that they should not be eating chicken. As an added bonus, she threw in a “not a nugget” t-shirt with a picture of a chicken.

Okay, PETA… remember Glitzy, the consolation prize tiara-wearing pig that once belonged to Alana? After realizing they could not care for him, the family returned the piggy to its breeder and he did NOT become the bacon in Alana’s breakfast.

So please…RELAX and go check if Kim Kardashian is wearing fur at her next event.

Boat needed in one Minneapolis voting precinct

MINNEAPOLIS — Not one voter cast a ballot in one Minneapolis precinct on Election Day. That's because the only living species in Ward 10, Precinct 3B, is of the aquatic variety.A newly redistricted precinct map shows 3B is located entirely in the eastern half of Lake Calhoun - the biggest lake in Minneapolis. City Clerk Casey Carl says the watery precinct is the "unintentional result of a programming error" made in drawing new ward boundary lines.Charter Commission chairman Barry Clegg tells the Star Tribune ( ) that the mapping software couldn't draw a line around the edge of the lake without putting a census block in the wrong ward. Clegg says it was supposed to be cleaned up for the final map, but never was.

Man napping in a field run over by combine, survives
BILLINGS, Mont.— A man taking a nap in a Montana cornfield was startled out of his snooze when he was run over by a large harvesting machine — and Yellowstone County deputies say he's lucky to be alive.
Sheriff's Lt. Kent O'Donnell says the 57-year-old man had been traveling the country by bus and decided to take a rest three rows deep in a field on the outskirts of Billings, the state's largest city.
A farmer harvesting Wednesday felt his combine hit something. When he turned the machine off, he heard screaming.
Emergency responders found the man's clothing had been sucked into the cutter, ensnaring him in the blades.
O'Donnell says the man, whose name was not released, suffered cuts requiring stitches and may need skin grafts, but given the circumstances, he is "incredibly lucky."

$200 fine for cheering when your kids’ name is called at graduation? Calm the f*** down, police.

Heres the story & link

DUNCAN, S.C.— Fourteen people were ticketed for public disorderly conduct during Tuesday night's Byrnes High School graduation for being "disruptive" when their graduate's name was called out.

Duncan Police Chief Ryan Cothran said, "These guests may see it as cheering in their eyes, but it's disruptive."

Cothran said his police department works in conjunction with the school district to enforce its policy during graduations. The audience is warned twice during the ceremony that all applause should be held until the end of the ceremony, said Cothran.

"We had a rowdy bunch this year," said Cothran.

The chief stated the practice of ticketing guests with public disorderly conduct has been in place for three years. He said this has been the most ever to get a ticket. Each person must pay a $262 fine.

"Some people are thankful for a calm graduation," said Cothran.

Seniors are also told to let their family and friends know outbursts are not going to be tolerated, according to Cothran.

Spartanburg School District 5 spokesman Bobby Bentley said the policy is in place so everybody can hear their graduates name called.

"As a district and student body, we want the graduation ceremony to be very dignified," said Bentley.

Officers were spread out over the crowd to identify the guests who they felt were disruptive. When asked if someone would be ticketed for simply clapping at a normal level for their graduate, Bentley said, "I don't think so."

Cothran said his officers only ticketed the individuals caught standing up, cheering so loudly, the entire graduation would know what they were doing

"In years past, we would not charge people," said Cothran. "We would just escort them out of the stadium, but people would stand up, cheer loudly then walk out of the stadium. We started ticketing them three years ago to stop that from happening."
