St. Paul bills low-income tenant for $1,000 - 23 years later
Longtime subsidized housing tenant Jodi Johnson was shaken in December when she got a letter from the St. Paul Public Housing Agency: You owe us $1K from 23 years ago, it said, and unless you pay up, you're out of the Section 8 program.

Just show us citizen taxpayers how efficient our city workers really are. Just in case you did not understand after recent snow events- PC for Snowfall.

They probably figured an extra grand would come in handy for sprucing up Macy's or subsidizing another coffee house they want to lure into town.
