So cops puts man in coma after beating him near death, man still suffers and most likely will never be the same, and the prosecution only asked for 7 years? Then the judge only gave him 43 months with only 2/3 or less to be served behind bars?!!!! Really? If a non-cop did this they would've thrown the book at them.

Clifford's a hide-behind-the-badge scumbag. For once, an honest prosecutor
(Anoka County Attorney Palumbo) charged and prosecuted a cop, instead of looking the other way.
A cop in prison is in mortal danger. Clifford better watch his a--.

Yeah, protective custody (i.e., "punk city") is the place for a hide-behind-the-badge punk like Clifford!
It'd be nice if he runs into a few guys he once arrested. I'm sure they'll keep him entertained.
