The NTSB is recommending NEW BATTERY Technology for the 787.

IF that is the case it will be a long process to reengineer the aircraft, manufacture changes, test, certify it for flight.

The probeme with the landing gear is yet to be isolated.

It was only allowed to fly over uninhabited dirt.

Boeing still has NO CLUE as to what the problem is with the batteries.
