Things are going great. Way to many haters out there that have nothing better to do. Swpa clients are very happy with their service.

This place does charge you for training that is nothing more then a poorly instructed Conceal and Carry permit class, which you are required to take despite already having a C&C Permit. It may cost $100+$50-$70 extra for range fees and Ammo but its a job isn't it... I can't be certain but when I applied it said paid training so the 12 hours of training is free to you since you start out making $9-10/hr.

STOP complaining just because every other security company in the world covers training cost, pays you for gas too and from the different contract sites, offers overtime, has medical or dental, pays at least twice minimum wage, doesn't charge you a profit for training courses to keep your job. That's the Minnesota we live in.

I saw a Statewide Protective Agency marked dodge on the road today, speeding out of control. The driver was extremely reckless and forced me onto the shoulder by changing lanes suddenly on I-94E while I was simply trying to merge. Luckily I saw him in time to veer out of the way, because he sure wasn't paying any attention. License plate SWPA 8. The driver continued to speed, weaving in and out of cars. This guy shouldn't be allowed to protect a squirrel, let alone operate a motor vehicle.

I am a current employee. And I love this company. Chief Nadeau has been very good to me. He has always treated me with kindness and respect.I have no complaints about him or this company. And I have worked here for quite a while. If your a honest and hard working. Then this is a great place to work. I think a lot of these complainers are people who where probably lazy and unreliable. And were probably fired for their poor work ethics. Don't believe what these losers say. Statewide is the best place I ever worked. And I have had a lot of different jobs. Chief is a very good man. And I have a extreme amount of respect for him.

I am currently a sargent at statewide I have been with the agency for some time now and I have never had any problems with the Cheif that I didn't bring on myself. I love the agency and most of the men and women I work with things run smooth and my checks always come in on time and always clear. I really don't care what Cheif does or doesn't do as long as it doesn't affect my job and or my money I work hard and long because I love me job all these former employees need to stop hating because they could cut the musterd or they got cought ripping the agency off. Ie being on patrol and going to your "Squeeze's" place instead of doing your job. Don't start non wont be non

Just ran into an officer. He was incredibly rude. I pulled into a vacant business to handle a work call. I advised that I would leave if I could have a few minutes to let my call khow. He was rude and stood there and stared at me.
After I asked two more times to have a minute to take care of my call, he rudly told me I have 2 minutes. At which point he wrote down my license number.
Don't understand why he was so rude, and why he took down my license down.

The statewide protective agency company is a fraud it's a fake security company trying to be police, but their not anywheres close. They miss treat their employees, they pay their officer very little and most of the time employees don't get payed for services rendered, they are unprofessional in every aspect of security. I'm surprised they are still in business for their poor quality of professionalism. The big boss is big headed and has no ethics or morals for others, he likes to nickle and dime his customers as much as his employees. If you decide to works for this company then you'll get you just deserves due to all the bad reviews you have read. I have reported this company to the BBB as well as talked to special lawyers to get Bad security company out of this State.

Your an idiot if you don't get payed for the job then it's not a job and when the company charges you for half ass training thats not professional go find a really security company to Work for and see what you think. You know nothing about security except kissing bosses unprofessional ass.

Statewide "Troy" is about to get a rude awakening, I'm bringing suit against him with the Department Of Labor, for unpaid overtime (127 Hours in total), being fired for refusing to not work over 40+ hours a week without being paid OverTime, and last but not least something that will undoubtedly cause him to loose his Bonded & Liscense status with the state of Minnesota for allowing/requesting employees who are (Armed Guards) to work over 16 hours consecutively in a 24 hour period without 8 hours of rest in between shifts which is a huge problem.

Troy is legally liable to pay each employee overtime. If he's not its because he thinks no one will report him, he has 1300-1700 paid hours every two weeks. He has over 50 employees, makes well over $500,000.00 a year in sales, and to add insult to injury he has at least one government contract that I know of with Officer's Boatner and Hartinger to which he pays $21.00/hr, any one of those makes him liable to pay overtime to all his employees.

Troy I pray you have a backup plan otherwise you can kiss all your assets goodbye! No more Camero's (2), SWAT Tahoe, Pickup, insultingly painful douche'd out Twin Turbo'd Mercedes Benz which is worth about $120k, thanks for showing your employees that making table scrapes helps you live with the finer things in life.

To Troy or Junior or Rundell or whoever's claiming to be "the Sgt" every employee saves the nasty texts you send to use when you're complaining about how shitty your Job is too.

This is just Minnesota's Law:

http://www.dli.mn.gov/ls/Overtime.asp

This is Federal Law:

http://www.dol.gov/whd/overtime_pay.htm

I'm not going to do the exact link for federal because it's on about 7 different pages but that's the main one. Enjoy!

Ex-Employee isn't mad or butt hurt he's getting even!!! I tell the truth and get rewarded its simple

By the way, Dan Charles hit the squad parked at Regency recently with his car as he was backing up to leave his shift, ask Ms. Lucy she has the Camera records.
