Terrible company! The "President" has very little experience, and has a horrible reputation in the metro area. Not to mention was barely granted a license with the State Board.

The president is a former avalon and wolf guy. Won't mention names but his is involved with a lot of bad reputation on public mn state licensing documents.

Troy Nadeau, the owner of this illegitimate company is the most unethical person in the security industry. He makes Dan Seman's torching of the Avalon Limousin company appear tolerable.

Troy had to get a lawyer involved to get licensed and that was only granted because he took business ethics classes [and his lawyer threatened to sue the state, wasting tax dollars]. His employee's have had their paycheck fail to clear numerously. He wrecked his marriage because of infidelity. He hides material possessions to avoid repossession. Ethical? I think not! Avoid this company at all costs!

Troy charges employees for training and charges for uniforms and takes money out of check's every week for uniforms. He is a crook a liar and no ethics and cheated on his wife .The man should not be in buisness.
He is an example of what not to do in corporate world.

Just ran into an officer. He was incredibly rude. I pulled into a vacant business to handle a work call. I advised that I would leave if I could have a few minutes to let my call khow. He was rude and stood there and stared at me.

After I asked two more times to have a minute to take care of my call, he rudly told me I have 2 minutes. At which point he wrote down my license number.

Don't understand why he was so rude, and why he took down my license down.

maybe please should talk to current employees before smashing the angency its cheif or anyother person or people. All these comments are hear say and from disgruntled and former employees are a person that had no busness being where he was when he had above run in. Further more I am a current employee of Statewide Protective Agency and have never not once had any problems with payroll training or unethical treatment. So please before you bash someone get facts not hear say.
