The motivation was an ongoing effort to make everyone look like the victim of the white man. Even a 2 year old could figure that out.

The House can not on it own reduce any spending, otherwise they would have done some significant cutting already. That is the Dems game, blame someone else for what went wrong. They tried to lie to the American people, got caught, so they have to blame someone. Accountablity is not a word used often in the Obama Administration, in fact I would be surprised if many of them have even heard of it!! Oh and her outburst about 'What is the point" The whole point of the hearing was to determine what happen and why the people she was hired and paid to lead, failed, that was the point.
