I didn't know we had squatters rights in this country. She should be arrested for trespassing.

While I understand the senselessness of having this home sit around empty, how does that make is "Jessica's house"? Maybe they could negotiate some kind of rent agreement with Wells Fargo.

No, they shouldn't be arrested, they should be put in foster care.
A mother with 4 kids who ends up homeless isn't fit to raise them. Where is the child support from the baby-daddies? Or, was it immaculate conception? LOL! BYW: don't believe every thing you read from the Slewzer!!!

You can justify any criminal action. Laws? Oh, they are for those other people.

Honey anybody can become homeless,by a number of different factors.and I would'nt wish that on anyone, and the father might just have lost his job,or he might be a Bum,but it's should'nt be the children fault, fortunes and misfortunes are a part of life, one minute your up,the next minute you're down.

I have to agree with you on this red. The kids should not be taken from their mom and split up based on what we know from this obviously biased article. There was no mention of father or fathers at all in the story. But the Occupy Homes folks have a lot of nerve when they "demand" that Wells Fargo turn the home over to them. Maybe instead they should seek out some donors and make the bank an offer. WF will likely take any halfway reasonable offer just to get rid of the place. They don't want it either.
