Everythings coming up roses.
Recovery my eye. Even with the seasonal hiring, this does not bode well.

Look at the numbers a little more closely:

A massive positive revision to the September numbers helped offset the disappointing numbers, but the state's employment and economic development agency, DEED, reported major losses in administrative support, temp, and lower-paid business services jobs, which shed 4,800 jobs. State government lost 1,900 jobs, mostly in education, and durable goods manufacturing lost 800 jobs.

So a quarter of the jobs lost were government jobs - I thought that would make you happy!

Over half the jobs were low paying and temp jobs.

I wouldn't get too concerned yet.

I don't care what kind of jobs they were. 8,100 people losing their jobs in MN in one month is a big f---ing deal.

Look at Smart Liberal just GLOATING about bad news - I call anyone that hopes for bad things to befall America an unpatriotic boob.

You Republicans would completely destroy our country at this point just to try to make Obama look bad.

What you fail to mention is that the unemployment rate remained the same at 5.8%.

Most economists consider 5% unemployment to be full employment. We are doing great and Minnesota.

That's because obama **IS** BAD. Why you refuse to ignore the obvious facts are what is perplexing. It only gets WORSE from here, just watch and see.

That "5.8%" figure is full of half-truths. Many are working part-time jobs who would rather be working FULL-TIME JOBS, with BENEFITS INSTEAD.

It also doesn't include those who have migrated from unemployment insurance to "social security disability benefits", another classification for the WELFARE DEPENDENT, chronically long-term UNEMPLOYED.

With almost HALF of the country paying ZERO federal income taxes, it is clear that many in MN are extremely dependent on state and federal ENTITLEMENT PROGRAMS, like:

Utility Bill Assistance
FOOD STAMPS
Housing Assistance
FREE, GOLD-PLATED, UNACCOUNTABLE, MEDICAL CARE
"community programs"
Refugee Cash Assistance
Disaster Assistance for those who refuse to buy insurance
college grants, and other educational assistance
TaxPAYER paid transit assistance, like lite rail and buses
Gov't funded mass transit projects that can't even pay for themselves, funding overpaid union jobs, that the private sector would NEVER touch, because they can't even BREAK EVEN.

Many of the lost jobs were good paying biotech firms layoffs.

NO, they started in the late 1990s, with the automakers and the telecom companies, thanks to Billybob Clinton's signing the NAFTA agreement, Free Trade With China, and the 1996 Telecom Act. LOOK IT UP, STUPID. It's all THERE, in BLACK AND WHITE. Since then, it has been auto parts, motorcycle parts (even HARLEY DAVIDSON), and probably Polaris and OTHERS as well. You can't even buy a pair of Levi's that has been made in America anymore (that died out YEARS AGO, fyi, probably even before BUSH took office).

"biotech"?? Give me a BREAK. Just a small sliver of the American economy, unless you are talking about the Defense Dept.

Because, RETARD, IDIOT, he had to deal with the dot.com RECESSION,
**AND**, the 9/11 attacts, which could have been avoided if billybob had taken out at least ONCE in the three opportunities that he had presented to him. So tell, me that you didn't know that.....

If you Republican wackos would listen to something other thanFox News and their half truth BS, maybe you would have realized Romney had no chance to win. Keep on believing that now 2016 will be different. Why dont you post anything that is not from Rush and Hannity? Those two fuc*faces would'nt know the truth even if they heard it because they like to hear their own crap.
