To really answer your question, I do look out for motorcyles. My in-laws are all bikers so when it starts to get nice out i use my ears(for the extremely loud and annoying bikes) and my eyes. Because there are some people out there who dont have a clue(starting with you) and have no idea how to pay attention, your just blaming everyone who drives a car...Grow up and stop crying cause its just as much motorcyles who are as-sses as regular drivers
Yawn....epic FAIL. Go back to school little man. Your spelling is that of a 3rd grader.

John, if this is the question that no one's answered to your satisfaction, I'll take a stab at it. I *don't* feel it's only the biker who needs to be careful out there. I do not feel that I have the right to drive recklessly, and I've never yelled at any biker that he needs to be careful (except my husband, but he'd get that from me no matter what he's driving).
The onus isn't on the bikers out there to be more careful, but it's common sense that if a bike tangles with a car, even in a low-impact situation, the biker is going to get more seriously injured than the person surrounded by two tons of steel. So it behooves the biker to be hypervigilant for his own self-preservation.
Please don't even bother to try and patronize me now. It's only after I pointed out facts that YOU decided to show that you're "in tune" with whats going on. You don't have a clue and you never will until you ride with me. Or with my club.

If you really want to impress me, try showing up at the REAL biker events in town.

Sound Advice for bikers.......
Loud pipes might be a solution.
I carry a sticker on the back of my truck. It reads. "If You Cant See My Mirrors, I Cant See You!"
I got a solid body attached behind so cant see anything over my shoulders.
With cars, never rely on the cars rear view mirror!
Treat ALL vehicles the same whether cars or trucks and it might save your life!

Here's some sound "advice"...When you're driving your car or truck, put down the cell phone, put down the cheese burger, put down your eye liner, put down the Ipod, put down the stack of cd's, and learn how to swivel that gray mass between your ears and actually LOOK before you proceed. If all drivers did this....40% of all motorcycle/auto accidents would not happen.

Here's something fun to do- next time some Harley scum is following you too close, drift to the right until you have two wheels on the shoulder. The resulting shower of gravel = hilarity!

I never claimed to be a biker, where on earth did you get that? I have learned something from you, John Q. I've learned that you're exactly the rude type of person on two wheels that gives other bikers a bad name. Get over yourself, little man.

You don't have to be club member to enjoy the open road. Hell, some of us get on those bikes and do very positive things for the community. There are many organizations and/or clubs out there. I consider them all to be part of the biker family, excluding the sport bike riders who do stupid stuff and make the rest of us look bad.

If you're really a club member, did someone miss the part of education with you that tells you it is not cool to drop club names/club members names? Wow, I'm part of a patch wearing nonprofit and our members are taught that before the get to put anything on their back.

Those clubs are very well known here. If you ride, you know them. It's no secret....Really.

They don't even drop each other's names. Just because they're well known doesn't mean they like their names dropped. Do it in public once and see what happens.

They're not spelled wrong except a-ss(if you put it in there they block it out, duh!). They are just improper grammar. Big difference, so I'm thinking maybe you need to go back to school to learn english. You really are a dou-che-bag.

and if you want to be a douche about it, here are your grammar errors

If every driver out there just turned their heads and LOOKED, a lot of car/motorcyclist accident would be prevented.

(accident should be accidents)
YOU want to flip threw your 40gig Ipod for that one cool song you downloaded
(threw should be through)

Please don't even bother to try and patronize me now. It's only after I pointed out facts that YOU decided to show that you're "in tune" with whats going on. You don't have a clue and you never will until you ride with me. Or with my club.
(whats should be what's and after me should be a comma)

along with many run on sentences, improper periods where there should be commas. So if you want to play the education game, then I suggest you look at your posts before you make silly comments
