A man suspected of fatally shooting two people Saturday inside an Arkansas home and a worker at a nearby business has been found dead of a gunshot wound inside a stopped car, police said.
Jonesboro Sgt. Doug Formon said a man and a 13-year-old girl were killed Saturday afternoon inside the residence in east Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Four other people including two boys were injured and were taken to hospitals in Memphis, Tennessee. He said the children, ages 8 and 10, were transported in critical condition.
Formon said it appeared a family was having a party or gathering. Police received a 911 call about the shooting at the residence around 1:00 p.m. At 1:22 p.m., police responded to a report of a second shooting at a business.

Why was this gun invited to a party? Isn't everyone aware that this weapon ,although legal, has a dangerous proclivity to spontaneously start shooting at people?

I always find it interesting to read the entire story on the shootings. In this case the man was recently released from a mental health institution and they don't know where he got the weapon.
Police identified 40-year-old Porfirio Hernandez as the shooter, and said he had been recently released from a mental health treatment facility.
Hernandez first killed a 31-year-old man and a 12-year-old girl and injured several others at home where a family gathering or party was taking place, the Associated Press reports. He then moved on to a nearby business, where he shot another 31-year-old man to death.
Authorities say they Hernandez knew his victims, though a motive is unclear. It also wasnt clear how he had obtained a weapon, as a former mental health patient.
The injured included a 10-year-old boy and a 8-year-old boy, who were in critical condition at a local childrens hospital on Saturday, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports.

If you read up on this, the gun belonged to another member of the shooter's household, was legally owned, and in typical gunowner fashion was not kept locked up.
The gun owner should be charged with a crime as well as the shooter.
