Justices say marijuana possession not a deportable offense

In light of the 15 to 20 million illegal aliens that need to be deported, it's hard to believe that the SCOTUS would even accept a case like this one. But they did, and Immigration was ready for action to be carried out on a legal citizen. But this hardly constitutes an "aggravated felony".
"Immigration officials sought to deport Moncrieffe after he was convicted under Georgia law for possession and intent to distribute 1.3 grams of marijuana."
Really Georgia? intent to distribute 1.3 grams? This case was a phenomenal waste of government resources.
