Why is texting while driving allowed but drunk driving in not?

Mes thinks the cell phone industry feeds LOTS of bribes to State Legislators. Like BILLIONS of dollars. Texting is a cash cow for the cell phone industry and they use part of the profits to bribe law makers.
Just like the tribal monopoly on casino gaming, it's the tribes cash cow and they use part of the profits to maintain their monopoly.
Cash talks everything else walks...
Minnesota law making.
If you notice the number of careless drivers, texting, eating, talking, GPSing, tending to kids, doing their hair, you name it they do it. There is NO WAY I'd ride a motorcycle. The roads are a KILLING ZONE!!
