Quick thinking, nice work!

One question I have is if this guy was convicted of murder in 1998, why the hell is he already out committing crimes again?

Murer is no big deal in St. Paul any longer. Don't like someone just kill them.......you'll be back out on the street in no time at all.

Too bad he's stuck inside the quagmire of such a violent family. Really feel bad for the kid. If you've ever been in this general situation or had a friend go through this in their younger years you know how bad it affects a kid.
Mom may be there for him in some ways, but she really made him vulnerable to violence by allowing this sick guy into her life. Pretending this did not involve some degree of choice on her part is very paternalistic as one is then treating her as a child.

She and the dad had a primary parental duty obligation to their son, and it sounds like both sloughed it off to some large degree. You do not let known predators close to your child. Sad.

Let's do some math. He didn't kill anyone this time, when he did it was 12 yrs.(only done 9), MN.
NICE Catch and Release "Justice" system. Another thing you need to realize is that depending on how long he sits in jail before being sent to prison he gets credit for that right off the top. If it takes a long time, we could owe him time. Keep electing these bleeding heart liberals, there is talk they want to increase goodtime to 1/2. I have worked in the system for 25 yrs, the public has NO idea what really goes on or who id on the streets.

Not only* was she with a known murderer, it was the man who murdered HER KIDS FATHER. Makes you wonder...

Smart thinking on the part of the kid though.

Ok - the kid gets kudos for clear-headed thinking, but why on earth is that woman dating the person who was convicted of murdering her son's father? W*T*F*?

This story makes one wonder if the St Paul Police, or any police force for that matter, should have an internet website/email address that is hooked into the 911 emergency response system for situations like this. Shouldn't be that difficult to set up.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't the story say that this scumbag killed the boy's father in 1998? What the [email protected] is wrong with this woman?

My wife and I used this in a similar fashion for our oldest daughter. She was working an overnight shift at a hotel and one of the guest wouldn't leave her alone. She got scared and posted on Facebook about the situation. My wife and I saw her message, and since we live in different parts of the country, did the next best thing called two of her friends. They went to were my daughter works and stayed with her for the rest of her shift.

I don't know who's more of a creep... The reckless murderer or the mom dating the murderer of her baby's daddy.... Both disgusting in my eyes!
