One of the migrants has stepdaughters 5, 6 and 7. Daughter on the way. He wants to be a taxi driver.

(In the interest of fairness there may be a labor shortage in some areas at the present time.)

I'll think there's a labor shortage when ALL welfare offices are closed down and all social services employees are fired. And of course all unemployment offices are also shuttered.

Illegals! After the first country they passed up, they no longer can seek asylum. Now they passed up Mexico's offer of asylum and help, so what fairness are you addressing ? They were refugees till they passed up help and now they are illegals. Plain and simple! Deport them all the way back or work em on the wall.

Tijuana said they have 5000 factory jobs for the migrants. Mexico has changed. The native Mexicans may not be real friendly with the migrants though.

The Mexican farm workers seem to be hard working. A neighbor whose brother lives and runs a farm, has some of the Mexicans do her lawn and landscaping. They appear to do a good job and together, they do it fast and efficiently. I also have some Mexicans living on our block. They don't bother anyone but they can be very loud during the Summer months but it's always on the weekend. When they party out in their yard, you can hear them for more then a block away. They play their native music and it's really loud. Some have called the cops on them. I don't complain or mind though. I just put on a Sombrero, sit back on my patio with some wine and pretend I'm vacationing in Mexico. After 3 glasses of wine, I may get up and dance to the music. It's like a visit to Mexico and I didn't even have to leave my house! I should have made some burritos or tacos and Spanish rice to enliven the experience. I don't do Tequila though.

I'd spend a few days picking broccoli for 15 dollars an hour. Can I wear my headphones?

I must agree, that was a terrible tragedy. It did make me nervous and even angry, but then I stopped to think that killers come in all races and genders. I remember when Ted Bundy was on the prowl and made top news. He was just one of many serial killers that America was plagued with. Then of course are all these mass shootings that have been occurring and have become so common these days. No one is safe from anyone. Too many deranged and mentally disturbed people out there. There will be killers among the immigrants as well as in our own society. It's getting all too real. It's not just one race we have to be concerned with, it's the entire human race. Been going on since the beginning of our existence and will likely continue until we die out.

Right. Americans do kill Americans. Great logic. So let's bring in people from the 3rd world so they can also kill Americans. Great logic. Yes, I see.
