Is it possible by converting Uni to a rail yard, eliminating efficient flexible bus service, adding MILLIONS of "window dressing" to the rail yard, completely disrupting motor vehicle traffic crossing the Green Line rail yard, reducing vehicle traffic on Uni, building all kinds of free housing along the rail yard for welfareits, restricting access to shopping by limiting stores accessible and movement of purchased products, making people ride a crime infested rail car especially during off peak ride times,
Will St Paul be improved by the Green Line?
Guess we'll see, well we won't really see because the Met Council will spin whatever happens into a WIN WIN!! When ya got a fox running the chicken coop he WILL eat the chickens.
