I ask you, is there any soreness, injury or condition minor enough to allow a player to continue playing?(Jock itch, maybe?)

the softest team in the major leagues. Gardenhoser has coddled these guys so much it is unreal. EVERY team has injsuries, it is just that the Twins have more excuses than most teams....and Liriano, when will the Twins learn this guy is a complete head case and ship him out of here. He has never pitched a complete game for one, his pitch count is always at or near 100 by the 5th inning, if he even pitches that long, this team is a mess......BUT we do have excuses, lots of them. Gonna be a long summer folks....and the ineptness on the Minnesota sports scene continues...........

when was the last time Gardenhoser actually got up to the podium and said " we stunk it up today?"...you are corrct, he always has his stand by excuses, a million of them and it gets old. Just shut the eff up and play ball....

"Asked if he's worried about Morneau's ability to play today, Gardenhire said,'I'm worried about everybody, OK? We have two games tomorrow.'"

Buck up, Gardy! This is friggin' baseball, not a real job. Go hide your face in your hands like game 2 of the playoffs.

whats the matter?
dont you like YOUR BRAND NEW STADIUM!
we told you it needed a roof! you just dont listen!
its like you have a problem with concentration.
its cold out, DUH.. Its Minnesota in April.
These guys seem surprised by the weather.
Try playing football when its zero! thats cold.
35 degrees is nothing...
maybe having these southerners on the roster isnt a good idea. we need some hearty players who can handle the weather.

players who can handle cold weather?..how about a manager who can handle players?....that would be a good place to start......

I see no motivation in this Twins team at all...from Gardenhire, Morneau, Mauer, and on down. This is a group of spoiled brats, content to ride the DL and when they do play, to put in below average intensity on the field. Time to clean house with all of these overpaid prima donnas and start over with some ballplayers who really do want to play baseball day in and day out and not just show up as is required for fulfilling their bloated contracts.

Sorry Gardenfire- who's fault is it you're short handed? You let a player tell you whether he wants to play or not because it's cold? The whole bunch of you mollycoddled, overpaid, fat and lazy mama's boys needs to grow a set- from the GM to the manager to the players.

I say trade anyone who doesn't want to play. If they don't have broken bones or blood showing, get rid of these babies.
Start with Gardy and Andy. These two coaches baby the players. Time for an overhaul of the team and find out who wants to play
