Former Mr. Basketball pleads not guilty to threatening probation officer

"The former Illinois Mr. Basketball could face up to seven years in prison if found guilty of three counts of harassment of a witness, Lake County Judge John Phillips said.

Richmondís probation officer had been scheduled to testify in a hearing that would determine if Richmondís probation would be revoked for allegedly refusing to submit to a court-ordered drug test."
