George Zimmerman hasn’t told the truth since the moment he shot and killed Trayvon Martin on the night of February 26th. It's become clear from court and public records that he has sometimes been less than truthful, which is exactly why he is back behind bars.

STORY: Bond Revoked! George Zimmerman Has 48 Hours to Turn Himself In!

After shooting Trayvon, he told Sanford police he didn't have a criminal history, turns out he did. Weeks later he told the Seminole County Sheriff's Office he had never been in a pretrial-diversion program, but he was.

His wife Shelly said she didn’t know about the amount of funds that were donated to Zimmerman, and she did.

On the witness stand in April, Zimmerman told Trayvon's family in an apology that he had thought their son was close to his age, while on the night of the shooting he described the 17-year-old to police as in his "late teens."

Zimmerman’s credibility is now in question as he is the only witness to what happened the night he shot Trayvon. If he continues to mislead the court, we may never know exactly what happened.

As Trayvon family lawyer Benjamin Crump said when Zimmerman’s bond was revoked:

"This is such an important ruling today because once again George Zimmerman's credibility is the issue… he should remain in custody until there is a trial....Judge Lester’s ruling in this matter is so important because it causes everyone to focus on Zimmermant’s credibility.

This is crucial when it is only Zimmerman’s testimony that Trayvon attacked him and all the objective evidence says he perused, confronted, and shot Trayvon."

We can’t believe anything Zimmerman has to say anymore. Here are some false and misleading statements Zimmerman has made since shooting Trayvon:

•The night he shot Trayvon Martin to death, police say Zimmerman told them his record was squeaky-clean. In fact, he had been charged in 2005 with resisting arrest without violence during an altercation with a state alcohol officer. Zimmerman wound up in a pretrial-diversion program, a scaled-down version of probation offered to nonviolent first-time offenders.

•When he was booked into the Seminole County Jail, he told the booking officer that he never had been in a pretrial-diversion program before, documents show.

•At his April 20 bond hearing, while making a surprise apology to Trayvon's family, Zimmerman said he didn't realize Trayvon was so young. In his call to police moments before the shooting, however, he described Trayvon — who was 17 — as in his "late teens."

•At that same hearing, Zimmerman sat silently and did not correct his wife, Shelly, when she, testifying under oath by telephone, said the couple had no savings. At that moment, the couple had at least $135,000 that she had transferred into her credit-union account a few days earlier from a PayPal account that Zimmerman had set up to collect donations.

Zimmerman's inability to be cooperative with police shows that his credibility is in question and prosecutors won't have a hard time convicting him of the second-degree murder charge he faces.

# 1. George Zimmerman has readily admitted to shooting African-American Trayvon Martin in the chest. Trayvon was armed with a bag of Skittles and a bottle of ice tea.
# 2. George was not a registered member of a neighborhood watch group in Sanford, FL. The rules governing the behavior of neighborhood watch groups prohibit the use of firearms. In addition, the Sanford Police Neighborhood Watch brochure clearly states “What you will not do is get physically involved with any activity you report or apprehension of any suspicious persons. This is the job of the law enforcement agency.”
# 3. When George took the stand during his bond hearing he told a lie. His lawyer informed the judge of George’s desire to make a statement. George took the stand and said” I wanted to say, I am sorry for the loss of your son. I did not know how old he was I thought he was a little bit younger than I am. And I did not know if he was armed or not.”
When the prosecutor pressed George about why it took so long for him to make an apology to the victim’s family. George said he could not remember what he said verbatim. However, George said during a recorded statement (on the day of the murder) he expressed concern by saying “I felt sorry that they lost their child.” George Zimmerman is 28 yrs. and if Trayvon was “a little bit younger” he would have been in his early to mid-twenty’s in George’s mind. Yet, George stated in open court that he verbalized to law enforcement his sorrow for the death of a child. Moreover, on the 911 call (George made to the Sanford Police Dept.) the police dispatcher asked George how old Trayvon was and George replied “in his late teens”. It is abundantly clear that George knew that Trayvon was very young.
# 4. The police dispatcher asked George if he was following Trayvon. George answered in the affirmative and the police dispatcher said “Okay, we don’t need you to that.” George continued to pursue Trayvon. Later on Mr. Zimmerman said he lost Trayvon on proceeded to go back to his SUV and that is when Trayvon allegedly attacked him
# 5. From the onset the principle detective assigned to the Trayvon Martin insisted on bringing charges against George Zimmerman. Sanford police detective Chris Serino (who investigated the murder) filed an affidavit wherein he wrote George Zimmerman should be charged with manslaughter. Moreover, the detective had a gut feeling that the story Zimmerman was trying to spin did not make sense. But the State D.A. declined to prosecute George.
# 6. In the statues of the Florida “Stand Your Ground Law”, it clearly states that a person can wield deadly force against another individual if the other person is an attacker or of intruder. No reasonable person will infer that Trayvon was either an attacker or an intruder. In fact Trayvon had not broken any Florida law on the night he was killed.

No reasonable person will infer that Trayvon was either an attacker or an intruder. In fact Trayvon had not broken any Florida law on the night he was killed.

# 7. Residents who lived in the same gated community as Zimmerman complained about his overzealous tactics. These reports were made to the Sanford police and the Retreat at Twin Lakes Homeowner's Association. In spite of these incidents, Zimmerman was stilled allowed to patrol the grounds of the upscale residential area.
# 8. Robert Zimmerman (the father of George Zimmerman) went on the Sean Hannity show to defend his son in the fatal shooting of 17yr. Trayvon Martin. Robert stated that his son resorted to the use of deadly force because George was in fear of his life. In addition, Robert stated that the voice screaming for help on the 911 call to the Sanford Police was his son..
A Sanford Police Officer filed a report about a conversation he heard between George and a first responder. The officer stated George said he was the one shouting for assistance and no came to his aid.
The Orlando Sentinel had two biometrics experts examine the Trayvon Martin 911call where a shot and a screams were heard. Tom Owen, of Owen Forensic Services LLC. and chair emeritus for the American Board of Recorded Evidence conducted an independent investigation. Owen informed the Orlando Sentinel, the results from his test indicated the voice on the tape was not Zimmerman.
Owen was called as an expert witness in January of this year. He testified in a murder trial in Shippan, CT. concerning the identity of a voice on a 911 call. The defendant was found guilty in that trial and received a sentence of 25-60 years in prison.
Another biometric expert hired by the Orlando Sentinel was Ed Primeau, who is based in Michigan. Primeau conducted a separate investigation and concurred with the opinion of the first expert. Primeau went on to state that he felt the voice pleading for his life was indeed a young man.
In light of this evidence the Special Prosecutor Angela Corey (appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott) charged George with 2ndDegree murder.
Even the out spoken civil rights advocate (and host of the MNBC show Politics Nation) Rev. Al Sharpton was surprised at the more serious offense. Sharpton had anticipated the Special Prosecutor coming back with a lesser charge of manslaughter.
It is much more difficult for the State to prove 2ndDegree murder because a higher threshold of guilt has to be met. In order for George to be convicted, it must be shown that he acted with a “depraved mind.” Wherein, George’s behavior was driven by evil intent, spite or ill will toward Trayvon. The blood curling screams for mercy from a dying teenager will definitely facilitate such a finding

My only concern is how trayvon lost his life because somebody decided that he was somewhere that they thought he shouldn't be. We can kill for that now? In that case we can forget about black vs white. The natives are gonna kill us all. Think people.

Cut, paste, Lie, repeat. Cut, paste, Lie, repeat.
When the EMT arrived on the scene they reported that the deceased appeared to be in his 20s.
The only person to break the law was Trayvon. It is not against the law to get out of a truck, walk any place you please, or ask someone what they are doing.
It is against the law to lay a hand on another person, punch someone in the face, jump on top of someone, and bash someone's head on the sidewalk.

And her bias has been so obvious that it should be grounds for an appeal, should Zimmerman be convicted.

Zimmerman is not guilty, but that isn't going to matter. The reason he will be convicted is not because he murdered a teenager in cold blood as so many think, but because women are protectors, and blacks are violent and weak minded, and everyone knows it.
The all female jury will soon deliberate this verdict and every one of them will be thinking the same thing: how many more lives will be lost if we don't give the blacks the verdict they want? How many innocent whites will be attacked in riots, like in the Los Angeles rioting in 1992? Can we sacrifice one innocent man to stop a nationwide riot and more violence?
These women are typical caring, sensitive sisters and mothers. They will seek to protect the potential victims of angry blacks who have been misled and antagonized by the left to believe this was a cold blooded and racist murder. The weak minded follow along, as news organizations work to build the resentment to riot levels, and this powder keg will blow if not defused by the jurors.
A culture that disdains whistle blowers, informers and those who help the police to solve crimes will not understand logic. A culture that idolizes the same gangsters that Trayvon Martin wanted so desperately to be will not act peacefully.
These jurors will save a few lives by locking Zimmerman in a box.
You're a racist/sexist sack of garbage.
