Really? A criminal is going to be allowed to be an Officer of the Court?

What ever happened to the concept of putting criminals in jail?

Citing a new state law allowing illegal immigrants to get their law licenses, the California Supreme Court on Thursday paved the way for a Chico man to fulfill his dream of becoming an attorney despite his not being a U.S. citizen.

In a unanimous ruling, the state Supreme Court determined there is no reason to block Sergio Garcia's bid for a California law license, now that a new law permits the state's high court to give such licenses to immigrants who are not yet citizens. State legislators, backed by Gov. Jerry Brown, pushed the legislation last fall as Garcia's case was unfolding in the Supreme Court

Undocumented immigrant is about as big a lie as it gets with this one. He is totally documented if he's going to law school. The correct term is illegal alien.

Remember what I said about how once a year, nature lifts the east coast and every thing loose rolls to California. And now begins the praise for the forward thinking trail blazers out there in California.

Day after day i keep hearding strange news about these Mexican immigrants. His dad brought him here in 1994 his dad was a legal resident.Thats just damn we are talking about 20 years now.Sergio Garcia should be a US citizen now .If his father knows what he was doing. When you a legal resident and you brought your kid here illegally you make harder for him to become legal even if you apply for him.Why didnt he leave him in School in Mexico while he apply for him and brought legally instead of bring him to pick up almond. Its a faster process when you leave your kids abroad and apply for them.Maybe he told him he is a Us citizen just like that lady mother in,Arizona.

Funny that people in a state that allowed 100,000 Mouzlemb Elf Rikens in would care about 12,000,000 Mexicans.

An illegal is an illegal no matter where they come from. They could even be from Russia, or even Timor.
.
No matter what country the illegal comes from. They need to be deported out of here to the southern most island of South America.

The libtards assume that if they change the wording from illegal alien to undocumented worker. That supposedly it would make it ok for said criminals to be here.
.
Note that the various sites have the person in the report AS a his true status - ILLEGAL. Meaning he is a criminal by being here without the legal documents that are required to be a legal immigrant. This includes the receipt of the fees paid to the US govt to be able to enter our country legally.

http://www.nationalreview.com/corner/367425/c... Sergio Garcia, an illegal immigrant who came to the United States from Mexico as a child, wishes to practice law in California and brought the case to court in May of 2012. He has been attempting to become a legal resident for years, having begun the process for naturalization at the age of 17 in 1995. He is scheduled to get a green card in 2019.
.
http://www.businessinsider.com/california-sup... California's highest court has ruled that a Mexican-born man living in the country illegally can have a law license, the Associated Press is tweeting.
.
http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/calif-rule... A man who illegally came to the United States two decades ago said he hopes a court ruling granting him a law license will open doors to millions of other immigrants in the same situation.
