Every person who responded to the scene of the crash saw White behind the wheel.
So much for eye wittnesses, she must have had a good lawyer.

This a case of district attorney hoping to plea bargain (extort). The lady had the money to fight them. This cost the taxpayer tens of thousands of dollars and the DA was gasping at straws. Judges, Da`s acops waste miilion each day on fishing for and trying to create crime. Something that was a crime when Ameica was a democracy. It is a felon called bolstering. It is also a cut and dried tax theft by the DA and judge. They were hoping to pull the wool over the juries eyes rather than justice.

The district attorney and judge were practicing the law of Paradox. They were attempting to: per·vert   /v. pərˈv 04;rt; n. ˈpɜrv 01;rt/ Show Spelled [v. per-vurt; n. pur-vert] Show IPA –verb (used with object) 1. to affect with perversion. 2. to lead astray morally. 3. to turn away from the right course. 4. to lead into mental error or false judgment. 5. to turn to an improper use; misapply. 6. to misconstrue or misinterpret, especially deliberately; distort: to pervert someone's statement. 7. to bring to a less excellent state; vitiate; debase. 8. Pathology . to change to what is unnatural or abnormal. 9. to convert or persuade to a religious belief regarded as false or wrong. Police in all court rooms.

I'd really like to know what this judge thinks is positive proof she was behind the wheel.

There is plenty of info not written in this article. Everything I list below was in a local paper. She was behind the wheel, but not buckled in and sitting sideways with her body facing the passenger door. Also, witnesses testified the deceased was a responsible person and sober that night, and the defendant was obviously intoxicated. Who would believe a responsible person would give HIS keys to an obviously intoxicated person to drive HIS vehicle. Also, HE was the last person seen driving the vehicle. He was also seen taking her keys for her vehicele away earlier in the night That is more than reasonable doubt, which is all you need to acquit.
