They probably do. And as much as I don't believe people should have to sacrifice their 4th and 5th amendment rights to get a job, they at least have the defense that weed is illegal and probably causes some impairment of your abilities to do things like drive a forklift or engage in complicated accounting procedures. As these cases have arisen, notice that you don't generally hear of these organizations testing for alcohol either. Which kills far more people than tobacco.

OK, fake black guy. Show a survey that disputes what that one say and is more current.

Otherwise you probably ought to tell non that he is pretty damned smart and that you appreciate him doing the research for you.

I don't smoke, you are the one continually saying the republicans discriminate against the poor, and yet you sit here promoting discrimination. If you weren't such a hypocrite, I would try to discuss this issue with you.

The University of Pennsylvania is a state funded university, regardless, it doesn't matter if it is a political entity or not, by not hiring smokers, it makes it harder for the lower income workers to get jobs. Nice to see you can be so hypocritical when something in your ideology is pushed. You hate smoking, so it is ok to discriminate against the poor and make it harder for them the find jobs.

Don't hold you breath. You might have noticed that slewche never provides any proof of anything. Except for the occasional burst of plagiarized information stolen from someone else and never credited to the author. That, of course, makes any attempt at proof provided, invalid. And yet slewche often demands proof from others. So he/she/it's hypocrisy is also showing.

I like stories, tell me another where you change the story and tell me my position.

You poll was old, the "poor" are folks you hate, and you actually have no point... a company can make hiring rules... Unless, they discriminate.

Non-sense brings 3rd world jobs here, then insults the lowered tier American workers... How in the world, did folks like you...LOSE THE ELECTION ????

You defined your own position. I would tell you to go back and read it, but since your reading comprehension is so poor, you are unlikely to even be able to understand what you wrote.

You have posted zero, 0, zip, zilch, nada, factual evidence to disprove that the poor smoke in greater numbers, by making it legal to bar employment due to smoking, it will harm the low income the most.

Liberals can't link date inputs with the probable outcomes, so I am not surprised at your uneducated response and senseless flailing.

I await your poll, data, or paper showing that you have any kind of point at all, low integrity poster.
