‘Tax Freedom Day’ falls three days later this year

Whats wrong with this picture? And we have only congress to thank for it. Once again, stop voting for republicans, democrats, and incumbents.

There you go being rude and insulting again with no provocation whatsoever while spouting out accusations of lies without providing any proof. You have no credibility.

Canmakeitup you should be grateful that I'm the only one that even commented on this wrong dumb as silly nonsense in this topic of yours, now tell us or spin how do we pay more taxes then or mortage/rent/food and whatever else you said huh? when taxes are just a fraction or a percentage of your income here in Minnesota or sales tax is 6.5 percent and some cities and towns are 7 percent,we don't a tax on food here, and I think that you should challenge some of your right wink author's nonsense, when you know yourself that it's just not true,I don't need the proof ,because the truth that you're a idiot because the proof is in the pudding, heck I even save your topic from a total 1 readership hahaha and that yourself.

You are right. You don't need proof. All you need is your Kool Aid and your Obamaphone.

Try reading the article. Then try and think of all the other taxes or "fees" we pay in this state and this country. Well, at least some of us do.

Redeemer spent a lot of time defending Obamacare when this entire time he has been feeding at the public trough with free VA insurance. I don't think he will be able to understand the concept of taxes...

Besides sales tax, he is obviously not versed in all the other taxes we pay like real estate tax, communications tax for both cell phones and internet access, depending on your neighborhood there may be stadium taxes, utility taxes, school taxes, special levies, federal income tax, medicare tax, social security tax, recycling tax, disposal tax, license plate tax, drivers license tax, in theory we are supposed topay tax on barters, and tax on income from garage sales, and on and on and on. Those of us who fall within what is called the middle class pay so many taxes it is hard to list them all. And when you add up the numbers, it does, indeed, come close to 40% of gross income. But people like red just don't see the big picture.

First off, I wasn't talking to you. I was replying to LibErals. Second, I am not republican or democrat and kill me if I ever become either one. Third, my grandson and I enjoy Dr. Seuss very much. But he likes One Fish Two Fish more than Green Eggs and Ham.
