Another asinine comment from the fake black guy.
I am the one that put this thread up talking about the Obama supporters loving to spend other people's money.
I am also one of the biggest critics of corporate welfare.
Obama is one of the biggest supporters of corporate welfare.
You are an ignorant fool for not knowing that the Dems and Obama are the biggest supporters of corporate welfare. What the hell do you call Obama's Stimulus program? It was one of the biggest welfare scams ever.
Who were the big backers of the Twinkies new ballpark? Who was behind the building of Excel Energy Center? Who backed the Queens new Taj Mahal?
DEMOCRATS! Democrats love corporate welfare when it goes to their chosen ones.
You call a stimulus a program,to move the economy and circulate the flow of money, and you of all people,a great corporate capitalist like you should know that an investment is not corporate welfare, corp.welfare is subsidizing mult.billions for the monopoly oil industry ignorant fool.
one more thing fool Obama supporter(winners) pay income taxes too!

When talking about corporate welfare it is almost criminal to forget about GM.
A corporate loan loan is not the same as corporate welfare, you could have thought of a better example of real corp.welfare

It isn't a loan unless GM pays all the money back with interest. Since the stock is a loss in the billions of dollars that the government is going to absorb, it is corporate welfare.

If you think the GM model is a good deal, send me $100. I promise to send you back $50 in a couple of years.

We already talked about GM. Only a small part of their bail out was a loan, the rest was in stock purchased by the US government. You have even commented on the buy back thread a few weeks ago, so I know that you are aware of that.

Really, mr low integrity hypocrite poster is going to call me on defining terms to suit my own agenda? That is really funny mr low integrity poster. So, a loan made by the government is paid back less than in full. Can student loans guaranteed by the government be paid back without interest and less than in full? They can't even be discharged by a bankruptcy. Corporate welfare is what GM got, by anyone's definition.

you really should read the agreement between GM and the U.S before you start with your nonsense blahing, not only are we being repaid ahead of schedule, but we got our americans back to work and earning a living wage, plus the american worker have producted and sold so many american made auto's that the GM and others gave their workers a 1700.00 xmas bonus now isn't that good news.

It's only corporate welfare if it benefits your opponents campaign contributors. If it benefits your campaign contributors, then it's an "investment in America".

The Chrysler loan guarantees were loans. GM's deal was structured as corporate welfare.

Who gives a sh*t what changes the government required.

It is not the job of government to bail out failed businesses. GM was/is a failed business. Keep government out of the private business sector.
